Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and advice

  • Operate tills and assist with store operations

  • Promote in-store offers and loyalty schemes

  • Replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is well-presented

  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming store atmosphere

Requirements

  • Flexibility across the full range of shift patterns

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment

  • Must provide 5 years of continuous references (no gaps over 28 days) to obtain an airside pass

  • Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable but not essential
