What You’ll Do as a Customer Assistant

As a Customer Assistant, you’ll deliver excellent customer service and play a vital role in ensuring our shops run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging and attentive service at every step of the customer journey.

  • Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits.

  • Acknowledge customers proactively, listen to their needs, and resolve queries.

  • Support your team by working flexibly across tills, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

  • Help maintain stock accuracy through regular counts and organised displays.

  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

 Skills You’ll Need as a Customer Assistant
