Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers into the cinema, providing friendly and efficient service.
  • Manage retail counters, process transactions, and maintain product displays.
  • Answer customer queries regarding showtimes, ticket availability, and cinema facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all cinema areas, including screens, foyers, washrooms, and kitchen areas.
  • Support customer safety by identifying and reporting any suspicious behaviors.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about our latest movies, special screenings, and promotions.
  • Provide guidance on food and beverage options, including promotions and combos.
  • Use technology (ticket scanners, tills) confidently to support customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Skills & Experience

  • No prior experience required, but experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
  • Basic understanding of technology for ticketing and retail systems.
  • Passionate about the film and cinema industry.
