Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the cinema, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Manage retail counters, process transactions, and maintain product displays.
- Answer customer queries regarding showtimes, ticket availability, and cinema facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness in all cinema areas, including screens, foyers, washrooms, and kitchen areas.
- Support customer safety by identifying and reporting any suspicious behaviors.
- Communicate up-to-date information about our latest movies, special screenings, and promotions.
- Provide guidance on food and beverage options, including promotions and combos.
- Use technology (ticket scanners, tills) confidently to support customer transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Skills & Experience
- No prior experience required, but experience in customer service is preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
- Basic understanding of technology for ticketing and retail systems.
- Passionate about the film and cinema industry.
