Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and support Partnership profits.

Place the customer at the heart of your work by proactively understanding their needs and resolving queries.

Work flexibly across departments, assisting with till operations, stock replenishment, price ticketing, and maintaining shop presentation.

Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing solutions.

Support profit protection through accurate stock counting and loss prevention.
Essential Skills & Experience

Basic IT literacy.

Strong verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential). Full training will be provided.

Experience with merchandising and product displays.
