What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist customers throughout their cinema journey

• Serve food, drinks, and tickets at retail counters and kiosks

• Keep the cinema clean, safe, and welcoming – screens, foyers, washrooms, and more

• Answer queries about movie times, availability, and offers

• Help customers find the right seats and enjoy VIP options

• Promote food combos, discounts, and membership perks

• Work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly

• Ensure safety and report any unusual behavior or incidents
