About the Role
Are you helpful, friendly, and love going above and beyond for customers? Join Morrisons as a Customer Assistant in our Online department! You’ll be picking and packing orders, working with technology to process online customer orders, and ensuring every customer has the best shopping experience—whether online or in-store.
You will be trained across multiple departments including replenishment and customer service, and work flexibly to support the store where needed most.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately select and pack online orders for home delivery or customer collection.

Use technology to accept and process customer orders efficiently.

Support store operations across departments such as replenishment and customer service.

Maintain high health and safety standards while working with store equipment.
