What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Advisor
Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-class support to customers via phone, email, and live chat

Assist with product inquiries, order updates, returns, and delivery tracking

Share accurate information about product sizing, availability, and quality

Provide helpful feedback to improve processes and boost customer satisfaction
