Key Responsibilities:

Professionally handling homeowner communications regarding property defects

Logging issues accurately and coordinating appointments with operatives and contractors

Collaborating with departments like Sales, Technical, and Construction to meet service KPIs

Monitoring repair progress and updating homeowners through every step

Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

General administrative support for the Customer Care team

Required Skills:
