Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders efficiently and ensure timely processing.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Investigate and research customer questions and concerns to provide accurate solutions.
  • Assist external users by troubleshooting and resolving technical product or service issues.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Log customer interactions in Pulse CRM and update relevant details in Oracle order notes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both existing and new products.
  • Provide proactive support by recommending suitable products and services, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Research and resolve issues related to returns, replacements, and short shipments, ensuring accurate credit and debit processing.
  • Complete assigned reports (e.g., holds, unscheduled lines) individually and in collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
