Key Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Programme Management: Lead Lacoste Members loyalty programme strategy, engagement, and omnichannel activations to boost customer retention and premiumisation.

  • Customer Experience & Retail Support: Improve customer journeys by delivering 360° marketing initiatives, in-store activations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Training teams.

  • Campaigns & Communications: Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Wallet), ensuring brand consistency and targeted customer offers.

  • Insights & Data Strategy: Manage CRM database, segment customer data, and generate insights to enhance VIP engagement and campaign success.

  • Partnerships & Events: Drive brand partnerships and organise exclusive events for top-tier customers to strengthen loyalty and engagement.
