Why This Role Exists

With the recent launch of LuminIQ, the industry’s first set of embedded AI agents for contract and vendor management, we’re helping customers automate workflows, reduce risk, and drive efficiency across their teams. But every customer is at a different point in their AI adoption journey. That’s where you come in.

You will be the strategic link between product value and customer outcomes, ensuring accounts grow, users become power users, and our customer community thrives. Your “North Star” metric will be Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Adoption and account growth across our customer base, in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Account Directors.

  • Be a value translator—understand platform features and clearly communicate customer benefits.

  • Own customer advocacy—collect, amplify, and share customer success stories across content and campaigns.

  • Plan and execute targeted communications, campaigns, and events (virtual and in-person).

  • Own and deliver a consistent webinar programme—informative, educational, and commercially driven.

  • Lead the customer newsletter, sharing product updates, industry insights, and customer stories.

  • Support Account Directors with campaign toolkits and packaged strategies to drive upsell and expansion.

  • Coordinate in-person customer events, from small gatherings to large workshops.

  • Adopt and champion AI tools to streamline work and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Consistently track, analyze, and improve impact with data-led insights.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Relevant experience in SaaS, Customer Marketing, or Customer Success.

  • Proven ability to create valuable content: emails, decks, video scripts, articles.

  • Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar tools) and data dashboards.

  • Confident running webinars and live sessions.

  • Strong storytelling skills—able to connect customer pain points with product value.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of procurement or contract management audiences.

  • Experience building or managing a customer community.
