About the Role

Zoom is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will design and execute customer-focused campaigns that drive product adoption, feature engagement, and retention while helping customers realize the full value of Zoom’s products. Your work will directly contribute to reducing churn and strengthening long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messaging, webinars, tutorials, adoption programs).

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, and Product Marketing to identify engagement opportunities.

  • Analyze customer data to inform campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.

  • Partner with Marketing teams to build content like how-to guides, adoption tips, and success stories.

  • Support customer advocacy by showcasing success stories and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling customer-focused content.

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, digital).

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign performance and ROI.

  • Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
