We’re on the lookout for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our Specialist Asset Finance team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our Hirers, Suppliers, and Brokers—ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate agreement setup, and an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Act as a key contact for Sales and Customers, ensuring the onboarding process is seamless, efficient, and meets both internal and external expectations

Handle proposal processing including AML checks, credit assessments, and asset validation

Prepare, check, and manage documentation to ensure compliance and service excellence

Process accurate payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers

Load finance agreements into systems (Salesforce and Alfa), understanding how various products function

Respond to email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally

Support in-life requests such as settlements, reschedules, refunds, and payment processing

Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and escalate concerns when necessary

Ensure all activities align with internal governance and external regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail with a methodical approach
Experience in a customer support or administrative role, ideally within financial services
Numerate with analytical ability
A positive attitude, with initiative and a customer-first mindset
Desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce, Alfa, or other finance/CRM platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and operational processes
