As a Customer Security Engineer, you’ll be part of our Technical Products and Services team, delivering Microsoft-based security solutions and insights to enterprise clients worldwide.
You’ll work with industry-leading tools like Microsoft Copilot for Security, Entra ID (Azure AD), Purview, and Microsoft Defender, helping clients optimize IT environments, secure data, and meet compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Copilot for Security: Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance threat detection, incident response, and security analytics.

Microsoft 365 Defender: Monitor and manage Defender tools to ensure identity, endpoint, application, and data protection.

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Administer and secure user identities, manage access, and configure authentication protocols.

Microsoft Purview: Implement data loss prevention, compliance strategies, and information governance using Purview.

Microsoft 365 Security: Ensure secure M365 environments by applying best practices and responding to emerging threats.

Provide remote and onsite technical support, conduct risk assessments, and offer proactive guidance to enterprise clients.
Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in enterprise environments

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure AD, and Microsoft Purview

Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat mitigation, and data compliance frameworks

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to deliver consultative support and training to technical and non-technical teams
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field – or equivalent experience
