About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team at the Millbrook Healthcare Powys Community Equipment Service Centre in Newtown. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused role.
As the first point of contact for service users, families, and healthcare professionals, you’ll handle calls, coordinate equipment orders, and provide high-quality administrative support. Your work will directly support the community by ensuring the timely delivery and collection of vital healthcare equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently

Coordinate delivery, installation, and collection of equipment with our Driver Technicians

Perform order analysis, checking for accuracy and resolving any issues

Input and invoice orders using our online system

Provide general administrative support for the team
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in a fast-paced office or call centre environment

Excellent telephone-based customer service skills

High attention to detail and accurate data entry

Confident with Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems

Professional and courteous communication by phone and email

Prior experience with administration or diary management is a plus

£9,550.54 annual salary (pro-rata)

15 hours/week over two weekdays (Thursday & Friday)
