Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service across face-to-face, digital, and phone channels.

  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with sales, operational, risk management, compliance, and collections teams to meet client needs accurately and on time.

  • Support enhancements to digital banking capabilities by identifying gaps and providing feedback.

  • Manage specific processes within the team, ensuring accuracy and high standards.

  • Lead or supervise team members (if applicable), supporting their development and coordinating resources.

  • Communicate complex or sensitive information to customers with clarity and empathy.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to anticipate and meet evolving needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service or related fields such as retail or hospitality, with a passion for helping customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply judgement when procedures don’t cover all situations.
