About the Role

You’ll manage customer queries, process hire orders, and build trusted relationships—all while identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer queries via phone, email, and website

Process orders and ensure accurate hire contract administration

Maintain detailed CRM records and communication logs

Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation

Collaborate across departments to maintain excellent service

Support development of customer service policies and processes

Participate in product/service training sessions

Contribute to ongoing service improvements

Proven experience in customer service or sales support
