What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound customer calls, live chats, and emails
-
Solving customer queries ranging from account updates to technical troubleshooting
-
Proactively contacting customers with updates and solutions
-
Offering value-driven conversations, identifying opportunities to upsell services where relevant
-
Navigating multiple systems and tools with efficiency
-
Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution

Suggesting ways we can improve our customer experience and processes
What You’ll Bring:

What You Need to Know Before Applying:

You must be able to work full-time in the Bristol office for the first 6 months

You’ll need to confirm your notice period and any holidays booked in August/September

You must be able to commute or relocate reliably to Bristol BS1 6AX
