Customer Service Advisor | Key Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Advisor, you’ll handle a variety of important duties, including:

  • Greeting students and showing prospective residents around the site

  • Managing parcels and post deliveries efficiently

  • Logging maintenance requests and ensuring safety compliance

  • Organising social events to help students connect

  • Handling customer complaints with care and managing rent arrears promptly
