Rubie’s is the world’s largest costume manufacturer, known for iconic licenses like Marvel, Warner Bros., Lucasfilm, Mattel, and Universal. With a portfolio spanning from superheroes to seasonal classics, we deliver fun, creativity, and magic to customers around the globe.

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our Sales Support team. Based in Bristol on a hybrid working basis, this role is critical to maintaining Rubie’s gold-standard customer experience—across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2C and B2B customers via phone, email, and web chat

  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and product questions promptly and professionally

  • Build strong relationships and look for upselling opportunities

  • Manage Dropship account orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery

  • Work with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing

  • Communicate with export customers and provide shipping quotes

  • Maintain detailed records using the CRM system

  • Supervise order fulfilment tasks and redirect calls as needed

  • Troubleshoot online account issues and provide platform access support

What You’ll Need

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above)

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure

  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, assertive, and reliable

  • A team player with a positive, customer-first attitude

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred

  • Knowledge of dropshipping processes is a plus

Location & Hours

  • Office Location: Bristol BS1 6NL

  • Monday to Friday, day shift hours

  • Must be able to commute to the office when required
