Customer Service Advisor – Travel Money: Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in our in-store Travel Money bureau.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.

  • Handle currency transactions with precision and attention to detail.

  • Operate the bureau independently, making informed decisions when necessary.

Customer Service Advisor – Travel Money: Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

  • Comfortable working with cash and numerical data.

  • Self-motivated and confident in making decisions independently.

  • Previous experience in finance or cash handling is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
