About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to boarding. You’ll play a key role in upholding Swissport’s reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers with a positive, professional attitude

  • Support check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes

  • Provide accurate flight, baggage, and airport information

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Complete admin tasks like data entry and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Flexibility for varied shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
