As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to boarding. You’ll play a key role in upholding Swissport’s reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist passengers with a positive, professional attitude

Support check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes

Provide accurate flight, baggage, and airport information

Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Handle customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Complete admin tasks like data entry and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage
