About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant at Tenpin, you’ll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages. Whether you’re welcoming customers at reception, hosting epic parties, running karaoke rooms or delivering delicious food to the lanes, no two days will be the same.

This is a fast-paced, varied role suited for energetic, positive individuals who thrive in a team environment and love helping people have fun.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests at reception

  • Host children’s parties and group events

  • Supervise Escape Rooms, Laser Arena, and Karaoke experiences

  • Serve food and drinks to bowling lanes

  • Keep the venue clean, safe, and inviting

  • Look out for upselling opportunities and customer needs

  • Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

What You Need

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for fun

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • Customer-first mindset and friendly attitude

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
