Customer Service Assistant (Nights) – Luxury Living Experience
Looking for a dynamic Customer Service Assistant (Nights) role in Nottingham? Join our team and be part of a premium living experience! We provide high-end, fully serviced apartments designed for comfort, style, and community living. As a Customer Service Assistant (Nights), you’ll ensure a seamless experience for residents while maintaining the highest standards of site upkeep and safety.
Location: Nottingham
Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM (One shift per week, 9-hour contract)
Hourly Rate: £13
Your Role & Responsibilities
Front of House & Resident Support

Welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.

Handle inquiries, offering local recommendations and support.

Ensure the safety and security of residents during night shifts.
Site Maintenance & Upkeep

Maintain cleanliness in communal areas throughout the night.

Monitor facilities and report any maintenance concerns.

Conduct routine block walks every 4-6 hours for security checks.
Facility & Operations Management

Organize parcel storage and assist with resident deliveries.

Restock refreshments, ensuring premium service standards.

Manage waste disposal, ensuring health & safety compliance.
Incident & Emergency Response

Act as the primary contact for any onsite emergencies.

Address and resolve any resident concerns swiftly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Customer-Focused Approach – Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or Customer Service Assistant (Nights) roles preferred.
Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using digital tools for resident management.
Proactive & Hands-On – Ability to handle cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Flexible & Adaptable – Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
