Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing the overall marketing plan aligned with strategic goals.

  • Create proposals, presentations, and campaign materials.

  • Communicate with prospective clients via email and phone; manage and organize lead profiles in the CRM.

  • Issue agreements and invoices for new enrollments.

  • Assist with the creation and management of email campaigns.

  • Produce engaging text and video content for the company blog.

  • Strengthen the program’s online presence across social platforms and define outreach strategies for K–12 students and parents.

  • Manage and update Google Ads and Yelp Ads.

  • Improve SEO and execute paid ad strategies to generate leads and enhance conversions.

  • Design and distribute surveys or opinion polls to gather client insights and improve offerings.

  • Research and propose updates to marketing strategies based on data analysis.

  • Support the Marketing Manager with additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. college in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint (PPT) and marketing presentation tools.

  • Hands-on experience creating videos/images for promotions and social media.

  • Must have completed K–12 education in the U.S.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and other major social platforms, with proven performance.

  • Solid understanding of SEO and ability to create keyword-optimized content.

  • Proficient in WordPress and capable of editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with Google Ads and digital advertising strategies.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
