About the job
At Sensient, we manufacture the flavour solutions for your favourite food and beverages. Can you imagine to be part of a team that prides itself to bring life to the products we all consume every day?
You will manage the receipt and completion of customer orders whilst providing support to cross-functional teams. This is a fulltime, on-site role at our European Flavors & Extracts headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK.
What you’ll do:
- You will source and provide information for EU and UK customers, manage enquiries and resolve queries
- To support your activities, you will generate reports for management meetings
- You love to be measured for your results? Here, you take ownership of your orders, manifest transport collections and champion your OTIF completion
- Your aim is to reduce transport incidents. If these happen, you resolve these to the satisfaction of your customers
What you’ll bring:
- To be successful, we expect you to be an experienced Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain professional with at least a secondary education
- You are a self-starter, who loves to work in a team environment and build relationships with in/external customers
- Since your tasks include shipping and transportation to the EU mainland, you bring post-Brexit export experience
- For reporting purposes, you are numerate and have knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- You are business fluent in English and preferably in German
- Most of the customer contacts are online and by phone, but you may be asked to travel occasionally
