Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
  • Check stock availability and process orders.
  • Handle order processing, expediting, and invoicing, including utilizing third-party billing systems such as Ariba.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders (POs) and proof of delivery (PODs) for auditing (via Microsoft Teams).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the Service Team and Warehouse/Shipping Department.
  • Provide accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) support to the corporate accounting team.
  • Assist with phone inquiries and customer support.
  • Collaborate with both vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support a growing Sales Team across multiple branches.

Qualifications & Skills:

2-3 years of customer service experience required.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to multitask.
Regular in-person attendance required.
