Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing effective solutions.
- Resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Upselling additional services to help customers enhance their outdoor spaces.

✔ Conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns professionally.
✔ Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell products and services.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✔ Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
✔ Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge about company products and services.
✔ Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Basic math skills for calculations related to pricing, rates, and percentages.
✔ Ability to multitask, including talking and typing simultaneously.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Punctuality and reliability for consistent on-time attendance.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (or up to one year of related experience/training).
- Associate degree preferred (from a two-year college or technical school).
