Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders from distributors.
- Accurately enter order details into the system.
- Validate distributor orders to ensure product manufacturability.
- Review and confirm all variable data associated with distributor orders.
- Process requested order changes and updates.
- Provide customer support, including handling quotations, calls, inquiries, and general assistance.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage tasks requiring attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to meet daily entry goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Potential for a hybrid (on-site and remote) work arrangement based on experience and job performance (not guaranteed).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Office 365, CRM, SAP, and ABS400.
- Familiarity with order management systems.
Education & Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Associate degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
