Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage in structured service conversations to assist members with their needs. Operating within established guidelines, you will gather information, address inquiries, and provide relevant solutions based on client-defined parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer operational support by reviewing accounts and processing transactions that require action.
  • Identify and confirm member requests, working towards timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of member satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to quality interactions.
  • Recognize and manage existing and emerging risks associated with business activities and job responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory policies, following established procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to professionally assist members over the phone.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while navigating multiple business applications.
  • Completion of a job-related assessment is required.
