What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee customer accounts from the initial order to final completion.

  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives, corporate clients, and wholesale customers.

  • Develop a strong understanding of color patterns, hat styles, and other essential product details.

  • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with every customer.

  • Address customer inquiries about products or direct them to the appropriate team member.

  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Foster strong connections with customers and clients.

  • Review and approve designs from the art department.

  • Gain knowledge of company trademarks and registrations.

  • Learn and navigate the purchase order process.

  • Communicate with customers using multiple email platforms.

  • Manage company website operations and online orders.

What We Need

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Capability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to respond promptly to diverse client needs
