What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative at XPO
Minimum Qualifications:

2 years of customer service experience

Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in transportation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Bill shipments in line with applicable tariffs and pricing agreements

Identify and resolve documentation errors
-
Assist customers with inquiries, including shipment tracking, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing questions

Perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing calls, filing, data entry, and billing

Process overages, shortages, and damaged freight and manage related documentation for customer resolution
Customer Service Representatives are required to:

Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a non-climate-controlled loading dock, which may be slippery
