As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, helpful, and friendly support across multiple channels including eBay, email, and phone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Respond to customer queries via eBay messages, email, and phone in a professional and efficient manner.

  •  Resolve delivery issues, product questions, and returns in line with company policies.

  •  Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to address stock or shipping concerns.

  •  Process returns and replacements accurately and promptly.

  •  Maintain and update customer records to ensure service continuity.

  •  Uphold strong eBay performance metrics through excellent customer interaction.

  •  Report customer feedback and recurring issues to management for process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

 Previous experience in a customer service role (eCommerce or automotive background is a plus)
 Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
 Calm and positive attitude, especially when resolving issues
 Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
