Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, helpful way

  • Process bets and assist with general enquiries

  • Demonstrate use of in-store betting terminals

  • Champion safer gambling practices at all times

  • Build relationships with regular customers and understand their preferences

  • Support the management team with shop displays, cleanliness, and closing/opening routines

  • A passion for customer service and interacting with a wide range of people

  • Strong communication and empathy skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to different situations

  • Comfortable working as part of a flexible team, including weekends and evenings
