The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide superior service to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor phone queues to ensure coverage.

  • Respond to emails, live chats, social media, and voicemails within 24 hours.

  • Provide product knowledge and suggest items to customers.

  • Inform customers about order status, product availability, and expectations.

  • Give feedback to management on processes.

  • Complete administrative projects accurately and on time.

  • Maintain quality, productivity, and sales performance standards.

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ year customer service experience (online/call center preferred).

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet-savvy).

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Flexible schedule availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
