The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide superior service to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor phone queues to ensure coverage.

Respond to emails, live chats, social media, and voicemails within 24 hours.

Provide product knowledge and suggest items to customers.

Inform customers about order status, product availability, and expectations.

Give feedback to management on processes.

Complete administrative projects accurately and on time.

Maintain quality, productivity, and sales performance standards.
What You’ll Need

1+ year customer service experience (online/call center preferred).

Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet-savvy).

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Flexible schedule availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
