Position Summary

loanDepot is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class customer service while handling general mortgage inquiries, concerns, and light collections. This role manages both inbound and outbound calls to ensure quick, effective solutions while maintaining compliance with all company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts.

  • Assist customers with escrow, payment transactions, ARM changes, payoff requests, and other inquiries.

  • Respond to customer emails and voicemails in a timely, professional manner.

  • Support internal departments and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Mortgage servicing required; escrow & MSP/Black Knight experience a plus.

  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking highly preferred.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, verbal/written communication, and multitasking ability.

  • Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
