We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our call center operations team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Document calls in ticketing and tracking systems

Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate information

Serve as liaison between claims department and providers

Research and resolve customer claims in primary payor systems

Consistently deliver a high level of customer service
What You’ll Need

Comprehensive understanding of healthcare plan benefits
-
2–3 years’ experience in healthcare claims operations or call center environment

High school diploma (required)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Team-oriented and eager to learn new skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $39,520 – $43,680 annually
