We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) to join our team and provide world-class support to both internal and external customers. In this role, you’ll use your knowledge of SanMar’s products, processes, and technology to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful customer relationships.
Position Details

Shift Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM PST

Location: Remote (Quarterly travel may be required)
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, ensuring every interaction builds a positive rapport.

Use computer systems to process transactions and maintain customer data accurately.

Educate customers about products and services via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with product knowledge and recommendations.

Build strong relationships with both customers and internal team members.

Stay updated on company communications, protocols, and training materials.

Support other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

Less than 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

Strong sense of accountability and urgency in meeting goals.

Basic math and computer skills (Salesforce/ODY experience a plus).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Hourly Pay: $17.45 – $25.00 (dependent on location and experience).

Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: Accrued PTO up to 112 hours/year, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 family day.
