We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate, solution-driven, and eager to create meaningful connections. In this role, you’ll be the trusted voice behind our brand—helping customers succeed by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing world-class support across email, phone, and chat. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on product enhancements, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

This hybrid role is based in our Birmingham, AL office (2–3 days onsite per week) and reports to the Customer Service Team Lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Translate complex product features into simple, clear explanations.

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through effective solutions.

  • Provide usage tips, resources, and training to promote long-term success.

  • Escalate technical challenges or bugs to internal teams when needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of support cases and customer interactions.

  • Stay informed on product updates and internal support procedures.

  • Consistently meet or exceed team goals for response time, satisfaction, and case resolution.

  • Contribute to team learning and product training sessions.

What You Bring
Required

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, hospitality, retail, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations across different channels.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and escalation instincts.

  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $18.50–$22.52 per hour (based on skills and experience).
