Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring Customer Service Call Center Representatives to join our remote Advanced Therapies Department. In this role, you will support patients with complex health conditions, ensuring access to life-impacting specialty pharmacy therapies while providing compassionate, professional service. This is more than a customer service job — your work directly impacts patients’ health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment with professionalism and empathy.

  • Follow structured workflows and meet scheduled call-taking expectations.

  • De-escalate patient concerns and provide solutions within established procedures.

  • Accurately document interactions in real-time while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

  • Attend and actively participate in a paid virtual training program.

  • Meet monthly performance goals and actively engage in feedback and continuous learning.

Role Expectations

  • Maintain focus and engagement during back-to-back calls.

  • Bring empathy, accuracy, and responsibility to every interaction.

  • Maintain a distraction-free home workspace with a wired Ethernet connection.

  • Understand the critical nature of specialty pharmacy work.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous healthcare customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, structured environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Commitment to attending 100% of training and consistent attendance during the first 90 days.
