Job Overview
Customer Service Operations at Cardinal Health provides outsourced services to customers such as medical billing, reimbursement, and other support. The Representative II processes and administers orders for distribution centers and internal customers, ensuring compliance with scheduling, demand planning, and inventory. This role also manages special and non-routine orders, communicates with stakeholders, and resolves customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
Responsibilities

Process routine customer orders using SAP and other internal systems.

Ensure accuracy of order information, review order details, and close completed orders.

Respond to internal customer inquiries about tracking, back orders, and high-priority issues.

Identify and resolve order delays, missing information, and product availability concerns.

Use dashboards and reports to analyze order data, creating visuals as needed.

Coordinate with planners, customer service representatives, quality teams, and global trade for compliance.

Process orders for product samples and trials, working with Marketing teams when required.
Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred).

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bilingual: Preferred.
