What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service Resource Planner

As a Customer Service Resource Planner, your main responsibility will be managing work schedules and coordinating efficiently with field resources. You’ll ensure that every task is prioritised correctly and carried out on time, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prioritise and organise work based on urgency and team availability

  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet customer expectations

  • Collaborate with technicians and customers to coordinate field operations

  • Adjust schedules in response to unforeseen changes

  • Keep accurate records of scheduling and resource usage

  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations

Working Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week. Shifts vary between 6:30am and 9:30pm and may include weekends.
