Position Details

We are looking for professionals to join our Tampa offices in New Tampa and Brandon for future opportunities in 2025.

Work Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with two days off per week.
  • 15% pay differential for evening shifts (after 6:00 PM) and weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays).

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Handle inbound and outbound member communications via phone, email, and other channels.
✔️ Provide expert assistance with insurance products, quotes, policy modifications, and claims.
✔️ Develop strong relationships by delivering personalized solutions tailored to each member’s needs.
✔️ Accurately process billing, payments, and policy-related information.
✔️ Navigate multiple business applications while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
✔️ Maintain a Property & Casualty license and pursue further certifications to enhance expertise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
✅ Strong communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
✅ Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Motivated to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
✅ Commitment to obtaining a Property & Casualty license within 90 days (with full company support).

Preferred Qualifications

🌟 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused, sales-driven role.
🌟 6+ months of experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, or in person.
🌟 Military experience or being a military spouse/domestic partner is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Starting salary: $45,010 – $46,010.
