Position Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist I in Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide technical support via tickets, phone, and email. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting customers with transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Shift Options:

4×10: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Flexible 5-day, 8-hour schedule also available
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 (may vary based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support through tickets, phone calls, and emails.

Investigate and resolve software and hardware issues for users.

Document support activities and contribute to knowledge-based articles.

Assist patrons with transactions, explaining any denials clearly.

Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Ensure strict security and confidentiality of patron and transaction data.

Collaborate with product teams to enhance service quality and productivity.
Required Skills & Experience

Prior call center experience and ticket creation expertise.

Ability to multi-task across calls, emails, and team chats.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.

Solid customer service experience with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills

Previous remote or office experience.

Background in front-of-house hospitality or other customer-facing roles.
