Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. This role works closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. You’ll provide product education, answer questions, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between Labcorp, customers, and patients

Resolve routine customer requests via inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries

Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional manner

Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements

Provide product and service education as needed

Assist with onboarding new customers

Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases

Notify clients of test results accurately and promptly

Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies

Support activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance

Perform administrative tasks including CRM data maintenance, medical records, and HIPAA compliance
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Previous customer service experience (contact center/call center preferred)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office required

Experience with Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Courteous, professional, and customer-oriented

Prior healthcare or Labcorp experience a plus
