We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Assistant to join our NorthLink Ferries team in Kirkwall on a 7-month fixed-term contract. This part-time role (21 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm) offers hands-on experience and professional development in a supportive, customer-focused environment. As a Customer Services Assistant, you’ll handle reservations, assist customers in person, by phone, and via email, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Customer Services Assistant Key Responsibilities
In this Customer Services Assistant position, you’ll be a valued part of the front-line team delivering excellent service to NorthLink Ferries’ passengers. You’ll handle customer bookings, provide helpful information, and support daily department operations while promoting a safe and positive workplace environment.
