Do you enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced team, and making a real difference in your community? At Central Co-op, we’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service Assistants.
In this role, you’ll become part of a passionate, multi-skilled store team, delivering excellent service while supporting daily operations. You’ll be doing everything from working checkouts and stocking shelves to date code checking, handling admin tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and even helping out in our in-store bakery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting all aspects of the store’s day-to-day operations

Providing warm, helpful service at checkouts and on the shop floor

Promoting the benefits of Co-op membership to customers

Working in different areas including admin, housekeeping, bakery, and temperature checks

Ensuring store safety and cleanliness

Playing an active role in community engagement
