As a Customer Sites Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining service standards, and supporting internal operations. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sites Coordinator
  • Ensure consistent service delivery that aligns with company Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders at Balfour Beatty.
  • Ensure compliance with Balfour Beatty’s policies and relevant legislation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for managing damage and loss claims.
  • Maintain and update the Damage and Loss information database.
  • Foster and manage strong customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements for the Customer Sites Coordinator Role
  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally handling inbound inquiries and order processing.
  • Strong product knowledge or a willingness to quickly learn the Sunbelt Rentals product range.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in making informed decisions in alignment with company policies and pricing.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new IT systems.
