About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Consultant to ensure our clients achieve measurable value and satisfaction with our products and services. In this role, you’ll drive retention and sales growth, partner with clients to shape success plans, and collaborate across teams to create impactful solutions. You’ll own customer relationships, guide workshops and meetings, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans in partnership with clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.

  • Manage client issues, ensuring proper internal escalation and expectation-setting.

  • Lead client interactions, from weekly check-ins to in-depth workshops.

  • Use tools and data to build repeatable processes that streamline customer success across client types (direct-to-consumer, health plans, primary care clinics).

  • Design and deliver strategic and ad hoc reporting.

  • Perform needs analyses to recommend effective solutions.

  • Spot opportunities for data sharing, knowledge exchange, and process automation.

  • Support and oversee the management of internal “house” accounts.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, client management, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Strategic thinker who can connect business strategy and technology to client outcomes.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite).

  • Comfortable delivering product demonstrations.

  • Proven leadership qualities: ownership mindset, confidence with humility.

  • Analytical and process-driven, with intellectual curiosity.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments; self-starter mentality.

  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $81,492 – $101,865 annually

  • Bonus eligibility
