Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical expertise to help clients maximize the value of the Ardoq platform. You will nurture client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide tailored technical solutions to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and value realization of the Ardoq platform for clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Promote healthy usage metrics and identify opportunities for additional services or solutions.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers at scale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with commercial and services teams to deliver best-in-class customer support.
- Monitor and mitigate account risks to prevent churn.
- Create positive customer success stories to share best practices and attract new clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong technical troubleshooting skills, preferably within SaaS.
- Data-driven approach to client management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
